Monthly Retainer Packages

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

When you choose a monthly retainer package with me, you’ll get:

• A dedicated professional designer who knows your brand inside and out, without the overhead cost of a full-time in-house graphic designer.

• A discounted rate compared to my standard rates. The more hours you commit to, the higher the discount!

• A set fee each month. Make it easier on yourself instead of dealing with multiple contracts and invoices each month!

• The retainer packages cover almost all of my design services! Social media collateral, flyers, advertisements, web banners, ebooks, infographics, and more!

• Open communication with me to ensure that your projects are on track.

• Peace of mind knowing that your brand’s visual identity is in good hands!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We’ll start with a 3 month contract, and at the end of three months we will re-evaluate to make sure that we are a great fit for each other, and that the monthly plan you are on is the best for your needs. Then you can choose from a 6, 9, or 12 month contract.

You’ll pay up front each month on a recurring invoice, before any design work is ordered. I will block out my schedule for your design needs and plan my workload accordingly. This way, you won’t have to worry about extended turn-around times, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of work each month.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Logo designs and social media management are not included in monthly retainer packages.

Unused hours are unable to roll over to the next week. This is to ensure that I am able to allocate time to your projects each week and plan my workload accordingly.

Overages in weekly hours will be billed at current hourly rate.
